Can you lose your driving and auto registerian if you are sued and lose a civil suit in penna.

Additional Details:
I was told in a letter by aNJ lawyer that if I do not responde to his letter I will be sued and
more costs will be tacted on and my wife and I will lose your Drivers license and car registation.
