What kind of lawyer should I contact to file to vacate a default judgement?

Additional Details:
My father''s company closed about 6 years ago and one of his employees filed a judgement to collect
indemnization fees. Labor Department "serving" papers were delivered to his former business address
but was never received or signed for by him or anyone since the establishment was closed. However,
the papers were never returned to the Labor department by the postman and there was a $30,000
judgement against my father. We didn''t know about this judgement at all. I just found out because I
was refinancing my home and there''s a lean against my properties because of this. I was never
listed as an owner but somehow the judgement is against me. I was only an employee in my father''s
company. I was told by the attorney''s office that I needed to have a lawyer vacate the defult
judgement.

Find someone who has expertise not only in civil litigation but in the underlying subject matter of the default judgment case, namely, the labor department claim.
